This Privacy Policy explains how RecruitReady (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the RecruitReady app (the “App”).

2. Information we collect

Account information: email address and basic profile details you choose to provide.

Training and activity data: workouts logged, hydration and nutrition entries, readiness inputs, and related performance metrics you record in the App.

Device and usage data: app interactions, diagnostic logs, and approximate device identifiers needed to keep the App working and improve reliability.

Purchase and entitlement data: subscription status and receipts/transaction identifiers necessary to verify Elite access (handled via the App Store / Google Play and our verification services).

3. How we use your information

To provide the App’s features (saving your logs, showing history, powering analytics, and personalising your experience).

To maintain safety, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues.

To process and verify subscriptions, including restoring purchases and checking entitlement status.

To improve the App (for example, using aggregated and/or de‑identified insights to understand feature usage and performance).

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help operate the App (for example, cloud hosting, analytics, authentication, and purchase verification). They are permitted to process data only to provide services to us.

We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the App, and others.

5. Data storage and retention

We store your data to provide the App. We retain it for as long as your account is active and as needed to operate features, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

You can request deletion (see “Your choices and rights”). Some information may be retained where legally required or for legitimate operational needs (for example, fraud prevention).

6. International transfers

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross‑border transfers.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Access and update: you can update certain profile details within the App.

Deletion: you can request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting contact@recruitready.uk.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights (such as access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent).

9. Children’s privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the effective date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice within the App.
