1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of RecruitReady (the “App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you must have permission from a parent/guardian.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Health and safety disclaimer

The App provides fitness and training information for general guidance only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always use appropriate judgment. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or unwell, and seek medical advice where appropriate. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new training programme, especially if you have a medical condition or injury history.

You assume all risk arising from your use of the App and any training you undertake.

4. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellations

RecruitReady may offer subscription access (for example, “Elite”). Subscription purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play (the “Store”).

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Store account settings.

Prices, taxes, and billing periods may vary by region and are shown in the Store at the time of purchase.

Unless required by law, subscription fees are non‑refundable. Any refunds are handled by the Store and subject to their refund policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App. For example, you must not: attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems; interfere with or disrupt service; reverse engineer or scrape the App; upload malicious code; or use the App in a way that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the App, other users, or third parties.

6. Content and intellectual property

The App and all associated content (including designs, logos, text, and software) are owned by RecruitReady or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal, non‑commercial use, subject to these Terms.

7. User content and feedback

You may be able to input data such as training logs, hydration, and nutrition entries (“User Content”). You retain your rights in your User Content.

You grant us a licence to host, store, process, and display your User Content as needed to operate the App and provide features to you.

If you send feedback or suggestions, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation.

8. Service changes and availability

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time, including adding or removing features.

We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or compatible with all devices or operating systems.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We do not guarantee results, improvements, or outcomes from using the App.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RecruitReady will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable law does not permit limitation).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, unless mandatory local consumer laws require otherwise.
